arg...my space, my problem

Soo, been trying to revive mi My Space page but that site is soooo frustrating. Like trying to change the wires from the vcr to the dvd player without being able to move the tv, and having your arm wedged in a space two inches wide, no light, spider webs, multiple wires...ARGGG!!!

In the end, I think I’ll just stay here. So simple. So easy. Why bother with electronics when there are books? *Pets Blogger happily*

So, not much going on. Enjoying a three day weekend. Lounging in my own filth. Finished several anime series. Returned unread books, (a disturbing trend), and did a load of laundry.
Laziness accomplished! Yes, good has been done here!

Before you start confessing...

I like too many things too little. Ah, shallow attachment, the bane of my life. Too many to list, too insignificant to report. I carry them along like a trawler with his net down. What are good is a net full of fish if I never bring them it up to make tuna? I’m just waiting fuel and time. Can’t let them go, can’t real them in for any use. Erg.

Okay, smelly analogy. Not much going on around here. Well, actually, that’s not true, but as far as my life is concerned things are normal. Tea, anime, movies, Final Fantasy, blatant ooogling of…stain glass windows and wildlife documentaries, and Figaro’s. And of course all those nice people who still hang out with me even when I’m annoying.

Side note: Watched You Only Live Twice. Mr. Connery as a Nipponese deserves the Worst Racial Disguise Ever award, for being utterly silly and because he keeps his spittle producing Scottish accent through the whole thing.

This is my food, though foul

Delicious Bowie line. I've been listening to his Outside album, which is OUT there. oi.

I finished off the last of my carefully horded loose-leaf Irish Cream tea so now I must make a journey to procure more. I might try the Tudor Rose in Salem. I've never been so who know what it might have. The chances of me getting all the way too Tillamoooook and La Tea Da are slim.

Oh, I'll have to finsh this later. My ride is here. Off I go to tilt at WInd mills!!!

Stick to two subjects, the weather and your health.

Alright, Enry Iggins. I've started walking, which is to say, like Colin from the Secret Garden, I've discovered I'm not the invalid my mind led me to believe me to be. So, health is good. The weather is traditional Oregon in the spring, sunshine followed by Oregon sunshine. Rain ponchos are sold as sunblock.

I've upped my tea intake from a cup to a pot a day.

None of my shoes are suited for walking.

Bush's cover of Wild Horses is fantastic.

If I don't renew my library books again they will be overdue for the third time.

Sid and Nancy is a very sad movie. Gary Oldman is a fabulous crazy man and a friend of Bowie's.

I can't seem to get past simple sentences today. Better luck later.

MONEY, it's a drag.

But now that I have some again I do the little happy dance of non-brokeness. *shuffle shuffle sliiiiide shuffle shuffle WOMP* With my newly stocked funds I have purchased air, air vibrating in precise ways to form what I like to call MUSIC. The stereo at work will not play CD's anymore (choked with flour) but it WILL play tapes. So I have gone back a decade or so and now have a nice collection of tapes going. Since I like making lists here is one of my happy 80's media.

Hunky Dory (Bowie)

Echo and the Bunnymen

Pulp Fiction Soundtrack

Nirvana Unplugged (never listened to actaully)

Carly Simon

Peter Frampton Comes Alive

Bon Jovi

and....the most exciting of all (I had to mute a shriek of delight in the store)

The Phantom of the Opera Original Cast Recording!!! [I swOOOOOOOn for Raoul ;) ]

Plus I've picked up a few blank tapes so I can annoy my boss with lot's of Japanese pop music.
Wruv and Paane!!! watashiwa Buffy! nani? nani nani nani??? boku boku boku desuka ha ahhahahahahahahah

You can't always get what you want

But if you try sometimes, you might just get what you need. RS

Clever got me this far then tricky got me in. Maynard

Mick Jagger looks terrible with a beard. With very little to go with in the first place, he really should avoid things that make it worse. see: Ned Kelly vs.1

I thought the keyboard was dirty, then I realized it was just my eyes.

Scatterthoughts. Bowie=Warhol. Boxer=Basquiat. Something in the drier is clanking. Ping, bang, plink, clang. Walk to work? Bank account empty. Blockbuster overdraft? Bedbugs. Wild horses. Bush. Amelia, forgot again, I'm bad friend.

Need my computer back.

Cows are content creatures aren't they?

What I mean is, would it be so terrible to actually be a fat cow? I'm certainly headed there, after the past few days of extreme evil eating habits. Pizza, sugar, more pizza, bread, more sugar. I had a salad, but it was an island in the sea of white flour and refined sugar. That, coupled with the overindulgence of oogling and awwing and I'm practically in the pasture, grazing on grass, chewing slowly with little or no thought for tomorrow.

Hmm, with that on my brain I think I should take a walk, just a little one, go check the mail.

Umm, this is too much like Journaling.

I don't journal. I can't even spell well. My typing skills are on the level with an elephant wearing oven mitts. Went for a walk today. Received a threatening letter from my cellulite. Soothed cellulite with fattening food and fresh deli bread. Had to paste this little snippet into Word just to fix all the spelling errors.

Thougthts on public Domain

Ooo, bet that title really got your pulse pumping. Well, I don't wish to dissapoint. Here's a little something for your trouble.
